Consultation does not establish a physician–patient relationship. Visitors and patients are encouraged to consult their licensed physician or primary care provider before implementing any recommendations.

Services become effective upon booking an initial consultation and completing required intake forms through the Practice Better portal.
2. Privacy Policy

We are a private nutritional practice based in the United States providing individualized nutrition consultation and education.
Information We Collect
a. Comments
Holcare Nutrition does not accept or host comments on this website. Visitors may share feedback through our official social-media accounts, which are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms.
b. Media
At this time, visitors cannot upload media directly to the website.
If you upload or send files through the Practice Better portal, those files are stored and transmitted according to HIPAA and platform-specific privacy standards.
Please avoid sending personal health information by unsecured email or social media.
c. Contact Forms
When you submit forms such as “Contact Us,” “Order Inquiry,” or “Mailing List Signup,” we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message or attachments you include.
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your request.
Form data are securely stored and not shared except as required to fulfill your request (e.g., shipping partners or secure email processors).

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service that collects anonymous, aggregated data only. No personally identifiable information is stored or shared.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data except as necessary to operate our services (e.g., Practice Better, secure email, or payment processors).
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary.

All credit-card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-Level 1 compliant payment processor. Holcare Nutrition does not store or directly handle card numbers at any time.

Existing patients using Practice Better may encounter cookies required for secure login and session continuity.

No Advertising Cookies
Holcare Nutrition does not use advertising, marketing, or remarketing cookies.
4. Holcare Nutrition Patient Policies
The following policies apply only to individuals who have entered into a professional relationship with Holcare Nutrition by completing intake documentation through the Practice Better portal and booking an initial consultation.
These policies govern the scheduling, communication, and financial procedures of Holcare Nutrition’s clinical practice.
1. Practice Policies for Patients
Communication
All communication occurs through the Practice Better portal.
We do not discuss medical information via regular email.
Messages are typically answered within 72 hours. For emergencies, call 911 or contact your physician.
Supplements
All supplements recommended during consultation are available through our formulary.
You are not obligated to purchase through our office, but we ensure that recommended products meet our quality and safety standards.
Returns and Refunds
Non–heat-sensitive supplements may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original condition.
Credit Cards and Payments
A valid credit card is required when scheduling your first appointment.
Payment for all services is due on the day of service. The card on file may be charged for consultations, labs, or supplements unless other arrangements are made.
Payment Security & PCI Compliance
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-Level 1 compliant provider. This means your card information is encrypted, handled securely, and never stored on our servers. Holcare Nutrition uses HTTPS and industry-standard measures to prevent fraud and protect your payment data.
By submitting your payment information, you acknowledge that your data is handled safely in accordance with Stripe’s PCI-compliant security protocols.
State Specific Laboratory Billing
Patients residing in NY, NJ, and RI authorize Victoria Kobliner, MS, RDN, to charge the payment method on file for all laboratory work ordered on their or their child’s behalf.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
A cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all patient appointments.
- FOR NEW PATIENTS: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 business days before your consultation.
- FOR EXISTING PATIENTS: Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 business hours (2 business days) in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the appropriate timeframe will result in a cancellation fee equal to full appointment fee (100%).
All cancellations must be submitted through the patient portal. Communication via email, voicemail, or other channels does not count as an official cancellation, and associated fees will still apply.
Late Arrivals
Appointments begin and end at the scheduled times. Fees are based on the scheduled start time.
Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up visits are scheduled at checkout. Notify us at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance if you need to change your appointment.
Insurance and Billing
Holcare Nutrition does not accept insurance or assist with claim resolution.
A billing summary suitable for submission to your insurer is provided upon request.
We do not release medical records directly to insurance companies.
Primary Care Physician
Vicki Kobliner, MS RDN is not a physician and does not provide acute or emergency medical care.
Patients should maintain a relationship with a licensed primary-care provider.
2. HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can access it.
Your Rights
- Obtain an electronic or paper copy of your medical record.
- Request corrections to your record.
- Request confidential communications.
- Limit sharing of your health information.
- Receive an accounting of disclosures.
- File a complaint without fear of retaliation.
Your Choices
You may direct us to share information with family or caregivers, or restrict sharing in certain situations.
We will follow your written instructions whenever possible.
Our Uses and Disclosures
We may use or share your information for:
- Supporting your care and coordination among healthcare professionals.
- Operating our practice and contacting you as needed.
- Billing and payment for services.
- Public health reporting, law-enforcement requests, or legal obligations, as permitted by law.

3. Consent Form – Parent/Guardian
Holcare Nutrition works with children and adults with chronic or acute conditions using a functional nutrition approach.
This includes nutritional, lifestyle, environmental, herbal, and nutraceutical strategies designed to support wellness rather than diagnose or treat disease.
By booking an initial consultation and completing all required intake forms, you acknowledge and consent to:
- Participation in functional-nutrition services.
- Understanding that Holcare Nutrition and Vicki Kobliner, MS RDN do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
- Agreement to consult your licensed physician regarding all medical conditions or treatment decisions.
- Understanding that results are not guaranteed and outcomes vary by individual.
